AR Specialist
Job Description
REL1EF is growing and we're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for healthcare billing and want to be part of a fast-growing medical management company, this is your opportunity.
What You'll Do
Follow up on unpaid and denied insurance claims
Manage and resolve AR aging reports
Post payments and reconcile EOBs/ERAs
Work denials and appeals efficiently
Coordinate with billing and coding teams
Ensure HIPAA compliance at all times
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of AR experience in medical billing
Knowledge of insurance claim processes (commercial & government payers)
Familiarity with medical billing software (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes is a plus

Job Description
REL1EF is expanding and we need a skilled Payment Poster to join our billing team. Are you experienced in posting insurance and patient payments accurately and efficiently? We want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Post insurance payments (EOBs & ERAs) accurately and on time
Post patient payments and adjustments
Identify and resolve payment discrepancies
Balance daily payment batches and reconcile deposits
Process contractual adjustments per payer contracts
Maintain strict HIPAA compliance
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of payment posting experience in medical billing
Strong knowledge of EOBs, ERAs, and remittance processing
Experience with billing platforms (Kareo, eClinicalWorks, or similar)
High attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy
Ability to manage high payment volumes efficiently
